After a lengthy process, we are pleased to report our members working for Heidelberg Materials in Regina have voted 100% in favour of a new four-year agreement!
Highlights of the new agreement include wage increases of 14% over the term, with a significant portion paid retroactively back to January 1st, 2023, increases to employer pension contributions, an increase to safety clothing allowance, and improvements to Sick Leave & Vacation entitlement!
