Ratification

We are pleased to report that our membership at Executive Aviation Customer Service voted 96% in favour of a new three-year agreement!

Highlights of the new deal include wage increases in each of the next three years, an increase to the night shift premium, improvements to guaranteed hours, overtime and uniforms, and the introduction of a Relief position.

Congratulations to Secretary-Treasurer Joshua Cenaiko and his bargaining committee on a job well done!

ANOTHER 100% Ratification!

We are pleased to report that our members working for Nutrien Ag Solutions in Regina voted 100% in favour of a new three-year agreement!

Highlights include wage increases in each year, improvements to bereavement leave, increases to boot and meal allowances, and the introduction of Truth and Reconciliation as a Statutory Holiday!

Congratulations to Business Agent Richard Rose and his bargaining committee on a fantastic job for our warehouse and driver members at the Regina facility!

We are pleased to report that our members working for Canada Cartage in Regina have voted 100% in favour of a new four year agreement!

Highlights of the agreement include a retroactive wage increase to January 1st of 2025, with futher annual increases in each of the following three years, an introduction of a training premium, and improvements to the statutory holiday language!

Our membership working for GFL in Regina and Moose Jaw have loudly said, “NO!”

Recently, these members spoke loudly and clearly that an inferior agreement will not be accepted and voted 100% to reject the company offer!

We are pleased to report that our membership driving for First Canada (Prince Albert Transit) has voted 100% in favour of a new 3-year agreement!

Highlights of the agreement include wage increases of 12% over the term, a new annual Health Spending Account, and positive language changes!

We are pleased to report that our membership working for Executive Aviation (Ground Handlers) at the Saskatoon International Airport voted 100% in favour of a new collective agreement!

Highlights of the 3 year agreement include a new wage scale inclusive of a new 6 month step and increases totalling 7.65% to 15.5% over the term, and increase that doubled boot allowance for Full Time employees, an increase to the Night Shift premium, the introduction of a paid break, and improvements to hours of work and overtime!

We are pleased to report that our membership working for Consolidated Fastfrate in Saskatoon & Regina has voted 100% in favour of a new three year agreement!

Highlights of the new deal include a retroactive wage increase of 4% in the first year with 3% increases in each of the following two years, increases to employer paid pension contributions, boot allowance, further job security and vacation improvements.

We are pleased to report that our membership working for the Regina Humane Society voted 92% in favour of a new 2 year agreement!

Highlights of the new deal include a retroactive wage increase to January 1, 2024 with an additional increase on January 1, 2025, an increase to footwear allowance, and improved job security language for the existing bargaining unit.

Organization

We are pleased to report that our newest 24 members working for GFL Environmental in Estevan, Weyburn and Bienfait voted 100% in favour of their FIRST collective agreement! These members decided to organize one full year ago and stayed strong until they got the agreement that they deserved!

Highlights of the three year collective agreement included a classification wage scale providing significant increases in each year over the term, an increase of five paid sick days, increased boot allowance, better overtime language and a further salary increase to those participating in the RRSP program!

Congratulations to Secretary-Treasurer Joshua Cenaiko, Business Agents Richard Rose and Mike Hitchins and their committee on a fantastic job bargaining a first agreement!
