


We are pleased to report that our members working for Snowbird Aviation Services at the La Ronge Airport and Water Base voted 100% in favour of a new three-year agreement!
Highlights include a retroactive wage increase this year to August 8th and total wage increases of 12% over the term, an increase to boot allowance, and the introduction of premiums for lead hands, weekend work, de-icing and fueling! There was also a significant increase to the Northern Living Allowance!

We are pleased to report that our mechanics and school bus driving members employed at the North East School Division voted 94% in favour of a new four-year agreement!
Highlights included significant increases to the drivers’ daily and kilometre rates in each year, an introduction to a Health Spending Account in 2027, increases to bus wash and bus plug-in allowances: for the mechanics there were increases in wages in each year, an increase to the Health Spending Account and the introduction of a tool allowance with an increase in the fourth year of the agreement!

We are pleased to report that our members employed at the Rural Municipality of Garry No. 245 in the Yorkton area voted 100% in favour of a First three-year Agreement!
Highlights of the first Teamster Agreement included a significant lump sum payment for 2025, 15% increases to wages over the term, a fifth week of vacation for 14 years of service and winter snow clearance work for laid off employees, including monetary compensation on top of any work performed!

We are happy to report that our membership working for Heidelberg Materials in Saskatoon voted 89% in favour of a new four-year agreement!
Highlights of the new deal include wage and travel pay increases of 14% over the term, inclusive of retro-pay in the first year, an increase to the night shift premium, an increase to the clothing allowance and an addendum for the Aggregate Division!

UPS Contract Ratified!
Over the summer, Teamster members across Canada ratified a new Collective Agreement by a popular vote of 63%, effective immediately!
The new collective agreement retroactive to August 1st, 2025, guarantees pay, pension and health and welfare increases over the five-year term, as well as new language enhancements to ensure our work remains protected, and our members are secure in their employment!
Thank you to Secretary-Treasurer Joshua Cenaiko, President Dave Phipps and Shop Steward Shannon Gray along with the rest of the National Bargaining Committee for a job well done!
Under a Western Canada Council of Teamsters agreement, members in Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba working for Hallcon Crew Transport have voted in favour of a new three-year agreement!
Highlights include a retroactive wage increase to January 1st, 2025 with subsequent increases in years two and three, an expansion to the weekend premium for road drivers, an increase to the safe driving bonus and the implementation of paid sick leave directly into the agreement!

We are pleased to report that on September 3rd, 2025, our members working for Agrifoods International in Saskatoon and Regina, voted overwhelmingly in favour of a new three-year agreement!
Highlights of this new agreement include wage increases totaling 9% over the term, a retention bonus, benefit improvements and positive language changes!
